Sawmill circular saw blades (plate saws) are manufactured at high quality standards for use in agricultural machines, mainly for ripping and occasional crosscutting.  Made of chrome vanadium, they provide a less expensive option to large circular saw blade users compared to tungsten carbide tipped saw blades.

We are one of the few saw blade manufacturers who can manufacture large circular saw blades. Our saw blades are tensioned and hammered with great attention to keep the saw body run through when cutting along the grain. Our experienced smithers make sure to give the right tension to the saw blade for different sizes and applications.
